Commercial Painting at Muskegon Middle School

The three-story school was a two-year project and included 45 state-of-the-art classrooms, a gymnasium with a running track on the upper level, a cafeteria and dining area, a separate music wing, state-of-the-art science labs, and dedicated floors for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.

The challenge of this project was scheduling, coordination, and staffing to allow for work to be completed in multiple areas of the school simultaneously. Commercial painting projects are challenging due to the large amount of work, tight schedules, and the amount of coordination required.

Effective project management strategies were crucial to ensure timely completion and quality results. Our team worked closely with other trades, demonstrating the importance of collaboration in achieving our goals.

Due to the high level of quality commercial painting that our clients expect, we were able to deliver this project and exceed expectations. All trades were able to work efficiently and provide a high level of quality, resulting in a beautiful new school facility that Muskegon can be proud of.
