After graduating from Western Michigan University in 1995 with a bachelor’s in Operations Management and spending 2 years in management with The Sherwin Williams Company, Chad joined H&H Painting Co. in 1998 as a Project Manager. In 2006 Chad was appointed president of H&H Painting Co. and took over day to day operations. In January 2008 he purchased assets of the company and became owner upon Curt Haan’s retirement in January 2008.
Mike attended Ferris State University for Commercial Art prior to starting his career in the painting industry. He spent 10 years working in the field learning the painting trade as a craftsman along with being a crew leader. Mike joined H&H Painting Company, Inc. in 2008 as a project manager/estimator. His previous field experience along with his high level of customer service is an asset not only to H&H, but also to our customers. Mike was promoted to Vice President November 2019.
Keagan began working for H&H Painting Co. out of high school in 2018 learning the painting trade in the field for 4 years while attending Kellogg Community College and Western Michigan University working towards a management degree. In 2022 Keagan was promoted to Project Engineer and is responsible for facilitating and assisting with all aspects of project management including submittals, estimating, developing proposal letters, and all other aspects of company operations.
Jenn attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College where she received an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. Jenn joined H&H Painting in March 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. While working for H&H Painting, Jenn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Western Michigan University June 2019. After graduating, Jenn was promoted to Human Resource Director / Office Coordinator.
Randy joined H&H Painting Co. in 2000 as a field employee working his way up to a foreman level running projects and also becoming the lead wall covering installer for the company. As H&H Painting Co. continued to grow the company promoted Randy to the role of Shop Manager in January 2022. Randy oversees managing shop and warehouse areas, company equipment maintenance, and maintaining company fleet vehicles.
