Lead-Safe Certified Firm
H&H Painting Co. has taken proactive steps to be the leading painting contractor in the Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids areas, going above and beyond the required certifications and safety provisions. H&H Painting Co. is a certified lead-safe firm with an accredited individual who can perform the required training for employees.
As of April 2010, federal law requires that:
- Renovation firms must be certified under the EPAโs Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule
- Individuals must be trained in lead-safe work practices
- Training providers must be accredited by the EPA
OSHA 30-Hour
H&H Painting Co. also acknowledges all the safety requirements presented by OSHA. The management staff has always had a continuous improvement attitude regarding safety education. Expanding our knowledge of new trends in construction safety and abiding by all regulations presented by OSHA. All H&H Painting Co.โs project managers are 30-hour OSHA certified. With these certifications, you can be assured that the work we are performing on your project will always meet or exceed OSHA Safety standards.
OSHA 10-Hour/ First Aid
Keeping up with our safety mindset at H&H Painting Co., we believe the OSHA 10-hour and First Aid training is a minimum requirement for all our full-time field employees. This training covers all the basics an employee would need to operate safely on a construction job site.
