The project centered on the restoration of the Fabri-Kal Corporation’s exterior stairway in Kalamazoo. It commenced with a meticulous sandblasting procedure designed to eliminate deteriorating paint and rust, ensuring a robust and smooth substrate. Following this critical preparation step, we applied a protective coat of Kem Kromile Primer to safeguard the exposed steel surface. To complete the project with a durable and visually appealing finish, we meticulously added two coats of Industrial Enamel Urethane, rejuvenating the stairway to its former glory.
