Description
The contractor hired prior to H&H over-prepped the concrete using a ride-on shot blaster. This blew stones out of the concrete, creating a lot of stone holes in the new slab, and this process also blew all of the new saw-cut control joints open and chipped out the edges of the saw cuts.
H&H was able to repair the floor by diamond grinding, and trowel skim coated the entire floor using an Epoxy mastic to fill in all the stone hole blowouts. Saw cut all control joints and filled using a semi-rigid Epoxy followed by five coats of Epoxy and a top coat of High Wear Urethane from Tennant.
