Chad graduated with a bachelor of business administration degree in operations management from Western Michigan University in 1995. He spent two years in management with The Sherwin Williams Company before joining
H & H Painting Company, Inc. in April 1998 as a project manager/estimator. In 2006 Chad was appointed president of H & H and in January 2008 purchased the assets of the company and became owner of the company upon Curt Haan’s retirement in January 2008.
Mike MaustVice President
Mike attended Ferris State University for Commercial Art prior to starting his career in the painting industry. He spent 10 years working in the field learning the painting trade as a craftsman along with being a crew leader. Mike joined H & H Painting Company, Inc. in 2008 as a project manager/estimator. His previous field experience along with his high level of customer service is an asset not only to H & H, but also to our customers. Mike was promoted to Vice President November 2019.
Darcie Johnson Office Manager/CFO
Darcie attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College where she received an associates degree in accounting. Darcie joined H & H Painting Company, Inc. in March 1985 as a computer operator/bookkeeper. While working at H & H, Darcie continued her education at Western Michigan University where she received a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting in 1993. In 1995 Darcie was promoted to office manager/CFO.
Steve TottenFloor Coatings / Facility Maintenance Manager
Steve has gained extensive experience and knowledge specializing in the industrial floor preparation and coating industry over the past 25 years . His in-depth experience in concrete floor preparation methods, small- and large-scale coating applications and industrial maintenance projects is a welcomed asset to H & H Painting Company, Inc.. Steve has successfully led the completion of many concrete diamond grinding and polishing projects. Steve joined H & H Painting Company, Inc. in October 2019 as the Floor Coatings & Facility Maintenance Manager.
Cory LambrightProject Manager
Cory served in the U.S. Navy for 5.5 years before joining the construction industry in 2013. His experience in the construction industry ranges from new construction, renovations, manufacturing, education, and healthcare. As a Commercial Superintendent he has worked on active hospital renovations with a focus on I.C.R.A (Infectious Control) prevention to maintain patient safety. Cory joined H & H Painting Company, Inc. in October 2020 as a Project Manager.
Jenn BrownellHuman Resource Director / Office Coordinator
Jenn attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College where she received an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. Jenn joined H & H Painting Company, Inc. in March 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. While working for H & H Painting, Jenn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Western Michigan University June 2019. After graduating, Jenn was promoted to Human Resource Director / Office Coordinator.
Cody CollmenterIT & Digital Media Coordinator
Cody attended Ferris State University where he received a bachelor of science degree in construction management, graduating at the top of his class in May 2010. Cody joined H & H Painting Company, Inc. in July 2010 as a project manager/estimator and served in that role for 10 years. In 2020 Cody transitioned to a part time role as IT and Digital Media Coordinator. Assisting in keeping our company’s brand, image and online presence just as professional as our onsite services.
